Do you ship abroad?
We ship non dangerous goods to almost any location in the world. A shipping quote will be offered on the checkout page.

If no shipping is offered then you most likely have dangerous goods (rocket motors, igniters etc) in your cart. We can ship these to some countries using FedEx. If we can ship to your country, then a shipping quote will be offered on the checkout page, otherwise you will need to remove the dangerous goods items from your cart in order to checkout.
Can I pay by invoice?
Anyone can make payment by BACS (Bank transfer) should they choose at checkout. However please note that we don't allow payment by cheque and it could delay shipment by a few days if you opt for this.

If you want to pay by invoice on credit terms we only offer this to UK schools, colleges, universities and well known clubs. You can shop & checkout as normal and follow the steps at checkout to do this. We only offer NET-30 terms to schools, universities and clubs.
Can I return my items?
Absolutely! If your items are no longer needed we offer a long 180 day return period so you don't need to rush or worry.

We try to ship all orders received by 10am the same day, however it's not always possible as our couriers can turn up early. So our policy is that your order will be shipped within 1 working day. Almost all of our orders do meet our policy, there may be a very few exceptions.
What if I have a problem?
The best thing to do if you have a problem or need help is to check the product's manual and/or drop us a email using the contact details above.

We will get back to you promptly with some advice. If you've lost your manual we have uploaded many product manuals to the website, so just have a search for your item and you might find the manual there.
I've broken a part while building
We do carry a lot of spare parts under the Scratch building section. If you can't find what you're looking for then drop us a email and I'm sure we can help. In the last few years, we're yet to have a problem we've not sourced a solution for. 
Part of my order or kit is missing
Drop us a email using the contact details above, ideally including a picture of the kit and your order number. We'll track down a spare part and get this out to you as soon as possible.
