Markstödsutrustning är avgörande för raketteknik.
Du behöver en uppskjutningsplatta och en uppskjutningskontroll för att skjuta upp dina raketer från. Du behöver också vadd (eller återanvändbara alternativ) för att skydda din fallskärm varje gång.
Vi rekommenderar den slitstarka Klima-uppskjutningsplattan och deras uppskjutningskontroller låter dig installera två PP3 9v-batterier samtidigt för extra uppskjutningskraft! Klima-plattan kan hantera en 3 mm eller 6 mm stång samt en uppskjutningsskena om det behövs för större raketer.
Estes-padsen är också jättebra och Porta-paden E är också mycket bra för medelstora raketer. - Skolor & klubbar

Du kan handla raketpaket i stora mängder här. Vi listar raketpaketen separat med paket på sidan så att du kan lägga till allt du behöver med ett enda klick.
Paketen innehåller motorer, uppskjutningsplatta(ar), uppskjutningskontroll(er), batterier och vadd. Allt du behöver för att driva din klubb eller raketverkstad är de verktyg och förbrukningsartiklar som krävs för byggnationen. Raketmanualer finns på varje sida så att du kan kontrollera, men i allmänhet behöver du troligtvis följande med dessa startpaket, även om inte alla dessa krävs i alla byggsatser.

Absolutely not. These are handy sets to get you started without the hassle.
However you can of course browse our huge range of rocket kits to pick something else if you prefer.
This article details everything you need to piece together your own setup and get started.
Our ready to fly starter sets need nothing else and come with everything you need. You may want to buy an extra pack of motors and some more recovery wadding if you want to do plenty of flights.
Our construction sets come with all you need to fly, however, you may need some construction supplies such as Glue, masking tape, sand paper, a pencil, ruler and scissors. These are not included in the kits as a lot of people will already have these items. If needed we do have a construction set which includes much of the needed items to build. Construction supplies set A.
Model rocket starter sets fall into two categories.
Our Ready to fly (RTF) sets have very minimal setup needs and you can be flying in no time at all. If you want to get in the air this is the choice for you! These are a great choice for those who want to experience the thrill of model rocketry without needing to build one.
The other option will need construction and you may need wood glue and/or plastic cement to complete as well as scissors, a pencil, a ruler and some sandpaper. We do sell a construction supplies set if you don't have these items. Constructing a rocket is a great learning experience and gives you a greater understanding of model rocketry.
If you're worried about constructing a set rest assured starter sets are very manageable and a great place to start so the choice really is up to you!
Our starter sets mostly come with either A8-3 or B4-4 motors as standard. The first letter represents the total impulse of the motor, and each letter you go up doubles the total impulse. So a B motor is twice the power of an A motor and a C motor would be 4 times the power of an A motor.
The second number is the average thrust in Newtons and the last number is the delay before the ejection charge goes off to release the parachute.
As a beginner which motor size you go with from A, B or C depends on the space you have available to launch in. If you have a decent space then the B kits will be great, otherwise go safe with the A motors.
You can of course buy more motors at larger sizes to fly your rocket on later to really shoot for the stars!
Most companies don't include the rocket motors, recovery wadding, or batteries. All our sets (unless you go to the without motors category!) come with everything included. So you should get better value from our sets as a result as these items do need to be bought in order to fly.
