Ground support equipment is essential for rocketry.
You need a launch pad and launch controller to launch your rockets from. You also need wadding (or re-usable options) to protect your parachute each time.
We recommend the durable Klima launch pad and their launch controllers let you install two PP3 9v batteries at once for some extra launching juice! The Klima pad can take a 3mm or 6mm rod as well as a launch rail if required for larger rockets.
The estes pads are also great and the Porta pad E is very good for mid sized rockets also. - Schulen und Vereine
Bulk packs for schools and clubs
You can shop for bulk packs of rockets here. We list the packs of rockets on their own with bundles on the page so you can add everything you need in one click.
The bundles include motors, launch pad(s), launch controller(s), batteries and wadding. All you will need to run your club or rocket workshop will be the required tools and consumables for construction. Rocket manuals are on each page so you can check but in general with these starter kits you will likely need the following although not all of these are required by all kits.
Some wood glue (We like gorilla glue but all sorts of PVA should be OK).

Der UKROC-Wettbewerb ist eine unglaubliche Chance für Schulen und Vereine. Es ist ein großartiger Wettbewerb, bei dem Sie gemeinsam eine Rakete bauen, mit der Sie ein Ei sicher fliegen lassen und auch andere Ziele treffen können.
Sie müssen eine Rakete mit einem Bruttogewicht von höchstens 650 Gramm und einer Höhe von mindestens 650 mm bauen. Sie muss zwei Luftrahmen unterschiedlicher Größe verwenden, wobei der untere breiter und der obere schmaler ist. Das obere Rohr darf einen Durchmesser von höchstens 57 mm haben und das untere Rohr muss einen Durchmesser von über 63,5 mm haben. Die Mission besteht darin, ein Ei sicher auf eine Höhe von 250 Metern (820 Fuß) zu bringen, wobei die Gesamtdauer 43-46 Sekunden beträgt.
Für die Schulen ist dies ein großartiger Wettbewerb, bei dem sie viel lernen und erleben können.

Es gibt zwei Hauptansätze für die Größe Ihres Körperrohrs und weitere Teile. Wir können sowohl Klima 75- als auch 50-mm-Luftrahmen mit unserer Klima 75/50-Kupplung liefern, die den Regeln von 2024 gut entspricht. Wir führen auch das BT70- und BT80-Rohr und unsere eigene BT70/80-Kupplung, die diesmal ebenfalls hervorragend zu den Designanforderungen passen.
